Bus warranty:

Venta will repair or replace, at its option, all genuine Foton parts found faulty in material and/or workmanship, under normal use, maintenance and service, with genuine Foton parts without charge for parts and labor, at any authorized Venta Retailer during the warranty coverage period. This warranty begins on the date the car is delivered to the first purchaser other than an authorized Venta Retailer, or the date it is first used as a demonstrator, lease or company vehicle whichever comes first. This warranty applies to vehicles sold as new and unused by an authorized Venta Retailer.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and not to any subsequent purchasers or Lessees unless a Warranty Inspection and Warranty Transfer are performed by an authorized Venta Retailer.

Time and Distance Period:
Venta warrants from the date of delivery to the first customer that each Foton Commercial bus will be free from any defect in material and or workmanship for a period of 2 (two) years  (Unlimited Mileage).

Venta warrants from the date of delivery to a rental or car share program that Foton Commercial bus will be free from any defect in material and or workmanship for a period of 2 (two) years (Unlimited Mileage).

The warranty Covers:
A. Basic body structural components. This includes deterioration due to rust, when in the Company's judgment such deterioration jeopardizes the structural integrity of the bus body or perforates the exterior sheet metal surfaces.

B. Within 2 years of the vehicle in service date (unlimited mileage), the Company warrants the Engine, Frame Rails, Transmission, Drive Axles, Propeller Shaft, Front Axle I-Beam, Crossmembers, Flywheel Housing, and Clutch Housing.

Within two (2) years of the vehicle in service date (Unlimited Mileage), the Company warrants all other original components manufactured by Foton. The time limitations specified herein shall be governed by the beginning date recorded at the time and place of delivery to the original purchaser.
